WeeCare (weecare.co) is a Los Angeles based startup making childcare affordable and accessible to all families in the United States. Backed by top investors and VCs, we’re helping caregivers and educators start and run their own home daycares while helping parents find the best childcare options available.

WeeCare is looking for an experienced parent customer success associate who wants to make a significant impact on the childcare industry. As a vital member of the team, you will work with the operations team to:

  • Ensure parents have a quality experience as they utilize our marketplace platform
  • Stay on top of new developments and trends in the childcare industry
  • Work closely with parents to understand the communities in their neighborhood
  • Process incoming leads and help guide them to the best daycare for their child(ren)
  • Gather and analyze parent data and determine bottlenecks, conversion rates and quality of leads
  • Keep diligent notes and make suggestions to the product team to increase efficiencies into the platform
  • Develop and document processes to further team efficiency
  • Ensure that goals and tasks are set and exceeded for the team
  • Work closely with partner relations and sales teams to ensure a successful transition for parents from team to team


You’ll excel at this role if:

  • You have previous account management or customer service experience, preferably 2+ years
  • You have previous experience working with families and/or teachers
  • You love taking initiative and look for ways to improve performance
  • You are detail oriented and rarely have things slip through the cracks
  • You speak multiple languages, such as Spanish
  • You have previous experience working in a tech startup or a fast paced environment
  • You love setting goals and exceeding them
  • You work well in teams and can communicate effectively
  • You are comfortable with the pace of working at a startup and are accustomed to change
  • You are data driven and have a growth mindset
  • You love talking to people and want to provide them the best experience possible
  • You love building communities
  • You’re a self starter and enjoy figuring things out
